Scheduling your spa experience is important to us, therefore, if you are unable to keep your appointment please provide a 24 hour notice. Should you be more than 15 minutes late we may find it necessary to re-schedule, thus allowing us to maintain our schedule and that of our clients. No show or same day cancellations may be subjected to either half or full spa service charge. The same cancellation guidelines apply to all gift certificates.
